My name is Jane, I am a busy working mom of hyperactive kids. Research with main focus on public health has been a big part of my daily life. Additionally, I spend a lot of time researching topics of wellness, healthy nutrition and weight loss. Through this website I am sharing recipes for healthy and delicious foods for you and your family. I did the research so that you don’t have to. Here you will find a variety of the recipes for quick and easy meals based on very simple fresh ingredients.
Since I started this site, my vision has been improving health and wellness for people around me through healthy cooking. I may or may not reach a big audience but it doesn’t really matter. I am happy if I can make a difference for any number of my readers.
